However, if you have purchased by internet or telephone order and are not completely satisfied, please call us on 0800 1 PEACE (0800 1 73223) for a return code. Then simply send us the pillow (in its original, as new condition, with all packaging, instructions and a copy of your invoice), within 28 days and we will refund the purchase price of your pillow (less the delivery fee and any restocking charges if the goods are not in perfect condition). Please retain proof of postage.

Money Back guarantee only applies to pillows bought directly from Peace Pillows by internet or telephone order.
